Join us for our end of year Summer Ball with Concrete at the Georgian Townhouse on the 6th June 2024 from 7pm-11pm!

 

Tickets are £25 for members and £27 for non-members so please feel free to bring plus ones along to the event (do not have to be apart of Livewire or Concrete). The price of the ticket covers two courses, so please pick two of the following when filling in your pre-order form! :)

 

Starters:

Burrata, honey, chilli and garlic (Buratta, fermented honey with chilli & garlic, fresh bread)

Chilli and Paprika Prawns (Sauteed garlic, chilli & paprika prawns, dipping bread)

Nduja & saffron arancini (Nduja & saffron arancini, sun blush tomato mayonnaise & pickled samphire (plant based))

Rare Beef Salad (Rare beef salad, Berkswell cheese, roquette, capers, truffle dressing, pickled shallot)

 

Mains: 

Beef burger & Cheddar cheese (tomato salsa, pickle, baby gem, burger sauce & chips)

Roast breast of chicken (Roast breast of chicken, potato rosti, pumpkin purée, crispy cavolo nero, chanterelle mushrooms, white wine jus, bread sauce)

Chipotle roasted cauliflower (Chipotle roasted cauliflower, squash & sweetcorn fritter, with a bean salsa (plant based) )

Pan-fried sea trout Nicoise (crispy quail’s egg, caviar & salsa verde)

 

Desserts:

Limoncello trifle (Limoncello trifle, raspberry jelly, fresh raspberries & basil (v))

Sticky Toffee Pudding (Sticky toffee pudding, clotted cream & toffee sauce (v))

Raspberry Frangipane Tart (Raspberry & frangipane tart with raspberry coulis & vanilla ice cream (plant based))
